Corporate Profile

A Leading Integrated Supply Chain Service Provider in the Greater Bay Area

Guangzhou Light Holdings Limited (GZLI), established in 1956, is a key subsidiary of GCGS and one of China’s earliest professional foreign trade enterprises. As a window for Chinese manufacturing to the world, GZLI has taken the lead in Canton’s I&E companies by constantly driving China’s international trade development. Over six decades, GZLI has not only vigorously supported the Pearl River Delta’s industry but also earned many honors, emerging as a state-owned trade group that integrates import, export, and domestic trade. Relying on its strong reputation, professional expertise, abundant funds, and wide supply chains and logistics network, GZLI has successfully forged a new paradigm in international trade development.
Upholding innovation while keeping stable, GZLI has evolved from driving light industrial exports to providing all-in-one supply chain services that support industrial upgrading in the Greater Bay Area. Moving forward, GZLI will focus on three core pillars—import, export, and domestic trade—and four key sectors: metals & minerals, energy & chemicals, agricultural products, and consumer goods. Guided by its principles of professionalism, customer focus, agility, value creation, and digital intelligence, GZLI aims to empower industrial development and build a century-old enterprise.
